What is DRET?
DRET is an AI-powered platform for initial legal assessments. We help you capture your case in a structured way and provide a first orientation on your legal situation.
DRET does not replace a lawyer — but DRET gives you the basis to make an informed decision about whether you need one.
Why «DRET»?
DRET is Romansh and means law. Our tagline resposta orientaziun stands for answer and orientation — exactly what DRET delivers: an initial assessment of your legal situation.
The choice of Romansh is deliberate. As the smallest national language of Switzerland, it represents what matters to us: diversity, independence, and deep roots in Switzerland.
100% Swiss
DRET is developed, operated, and hosted in Switzerland. Our platform specialises in Swiss law — CO, CC, DEBA, cantonal procedures. Not an overseas product that treats Swiss law as a footnote.
The analysis is based on current Swiss legislation and Federal Supreme Court practice. We know the conciliation authorities, debt enforcement offices, and cantonal particularities — because we are from here.
How does it work?
- Describe your case — Tell us your situation in your own words. Upload relevant documents.
- Answer follow-up questions — Our AI asks targeted questions to ensure nothing important is missed.
- Review the facts — You receive a structured statement of facts for confirmation.
- Receive your assessment — A legal analysis with success probability and recommended actions.
Who is it for?
DRET is aimed at private individuals in Switzerland who are looking for an initial orientation on employment law or tenancy law questions — before consulting a lawyer or engaging their legal expenses insurance.
Important notes
DRET provides AI-powered initial assessments, not legal advice. Results may contain errors and are not suitable for submissions to courts or authorities. Please read our Terms of Service for details.
